In this October issue of the Wine Press, we focus on Jesus’ wonderful invitation to take His yoke upon us and learn of Him—and we will find rest for our souls.

It can be a daily struggle to lay down the burden of trying to make ourselves worthy, trying to be good enough, or trying to carry in our own strength what He never intended us to carry. But Jesus invites us to really put our weight down on Him—to trust in His promises, depend on His strength, and rest in the One who will never let us go.

May the articles in this issue encourage each of us to lay down our striving, take His yoke upon us, and discover again that His yoke is easy and His burden is light.
