Looking Unto Jesus

November 2026

We all know that our Christian life is not a short sprint, but a long journey of faith, requiring patience, endurance, and perseverance. Along the way, we face difficulties, disappointments, unanswered prayers, and seasons when our strength seems almost gone. But the Word reminds us that we are not called to run this race in our own strength. Our hope is not in our circumstances, nor in our ability to overcome every obstacle. It is in Jesus, who began the work of faith in us and has promised to bring it to completion.

One of our greatest needs is simply to lift our eyes from ourselves and our difficulties and look again at our wonderful Savior, to consider who He is, what He has done, and the glory that awaits those who belong to Him. And as we do, our hearts are stirred to gratitude, worship, and praise. Even in the midst of trials, we can sing to the Lord. In this issue, we hope you will find encouragement to press on, to rest more fully in Jesus, and to renew your joy of knowing Him.
